1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Cool Points loyalty program ("Service"), operated by Really Cool Holding Company, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Eligibility

To participate in Cool Points, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Cool Points Program

4.1 Earning Points

Members can earn Cool Points through eligible purchases at participating merchant partners and through Really Cool Airlines flights. Point earning rates vary by merchant and promotion.

4.2 Redeeming Points

Points can be redeemed for flights on Really Cool Airlines and at participating merchant partners. Redemption rates and availability are subject to change without notice.

4.3 Point Expiration

Points expire 24 months after they are earned unless extended through qualifying activity. We will notify you before points expire.

5. Merchant Partners

Cool Points partners with various merchants to offer point earning and redemption opportunities. We are not responsible for the products, services, or actions of our merchant partners. Each merchant is solely responsible for their offerings.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Abuse, exploit, or manipulate the points program
• Create multiple accounts or use false identities
• Sell, transfer, or trade points except as permitted
• Use automated systems to earn or redeem points
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and forfeit any accumulated points if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity. You may also close your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Really Cool Holding Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or participation in the Cool Points program.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
